Week One of the Taiwan Summer English Program

During the first week, our TCC student teachers adapted to living and working in a foreign country (with a 12-hour time change!). Teaching students with limited Engish proficiency can be very challenging. All seven of them proved that they were up to the challenge!

The TCC group arrived safely in Taiwan on Friday, July 3, 2009. Each student is residing with a host family, giving each one an opportunity to become immersed in Taiwanese culture.
